As an EU Citizen I could say that has been a nightmare for the last eleven years to deal with state agencies in UK. Be aware and read everything properly. If in doubt... look for a professional advise with citizens advice bureau for free. It's really a pit that I have to give one star but it's based on my experience and all I've been through.

I am so impressed by all the staff who in these days of difficult property selling, went the extra mile to ensure that the property was viewed,gave me sensible recomendations on pricing and also kept me buoyant in spirit.I cannot heap enough praise for the team they are all professionals. Thankyou.

Michael and Especially Rebecca went the extra mile to help us sell our home and made it possible to move, they certainly went above and beyond what would normally be hoped for in an estate agent employee, and this would definitely not of been achieved without their hard work and expertise and determination to see the end result be a successful one.. Very good communication, emails and telephone calls dealt with timely. Pleasant staff including the ones showing people around the property, reported back to me immediately with their comments.
