Josie was faultless in her support and her progression for my sale and her commitment went above and beyond. At all times Josie was my only source of information about what was happening with the chain below as the information from other agents was either non-existent or could not be relied upon. I knew that Josie had my best interests at heart all the way and she genuinely cared about the move. I never waited more than 5 minutes for a response to my emails or calls. Her knowledge and expertise and professionalism shone through.
