She is the key person to facilitate the purchase of property to be completed in the short time and within the agreed date. She is an important asset to Goadsby.

Well and truly excellent service throughout the whole procedure of selling my Brother's property. Ben, Josie, Poppy and the rest of the team have been absolutely amazing, keeping us up to date regularly on how things were going. Would recommend them 100% to anyone looking to sell their property.

We had a disappointing experience with Goadsby Chandlers Ford. During key collection, the agent barely acknowledged me and directed the entire conversation to my partner, despite both of us being present. It felt unprofessional and dismissive. We raised a formal complaint and explicitly requested to change our main point of contact. The response from the branch manager, Ryan, ignored our request and only gave a vague explanation. It wasn’t until we followed up multiple times that Ryan responded again — still with a half-hearted apology (“I apologise if that was the case”) and agreed to assign someone else. This experience left us feeling disrespected and unheard. As a lettings agency, we expected a higher standard of service and professionalism.
