I would like to extend my sincere appreciation for the Goadsby team for their professionalism and true commitment in fulfilling and exceed customer expectations by maintaining wonderful communication and timely follow-ups! A true customer satisfaction, which was created by Natasha, with a warm hospitality and recognition towards me, simply wowed me...as I approached almost 10 months ago and could not find a place, however, when approached Goadsby office this April, she immediately recognized me! Every steps took place in the process were handled professionally! I reccomend "Goadsby" for any customer's without any doubt and I assure, all customers will certainly take great service from Goadsby team. I wish wonderful Goadsby team a great year ahead.

The care and attention paid throughout the sale of my property was excellent. Considering my abscence from home for unscheduled periods of time the process was smooth, for all interested parties, and a deep sense of gratitude from myself. We received excellent service from the staff at Goadsby, especially Polly and Tim who dealt with our sale, Both are very friendly and approachable, always there to answer any questions and always kept us updated on what was going on. It wasn't the easiest of sales but they kept on top of it to make sure it all went through. We are now enjoying our new home thank you.

Initially we were dealing with Aimee Crawford for setting up a tenancy agreement for our newly purchased flat. Latterly, Natasha Dark took over when Aimee left and we have been nothing but totally impressed with her friendliness and professionalism all the way through to the completion of the tenancy agreement.

I wanted to express how grateful I am to Chris and the rest of the team for going 'above and beyond' in supporting my Mum through her recent experience of having her flat on the market with yourselves. Mum mentioned how grateful she was for the incredible support your team provided her, along with keeping her up to date with information and progress you thought she might need so you could provide help if needed (also, just keeping in touch on a regular basis!). I would also like to thank you for keeping me in the picture as well on the occasions when Mum was not feeling her best and asked you to speak to me - the team certainly was amazing at going 'above and beyond' with customer service!
