My first contact with Goadsby was through Jess, who was out and about doing a leaflet drop. Impressed with her approach we later decided to market our property with the firm. Richard headed up the team which had Tim and Jess at the coalface. Tim conducted viewings in a lively and professional manner and was very easy to work with. A good crew for sure!

Without the help and patience of Tim and other members of the team, we would never have managed to get into our property by the 30/9/21. We were really impressed with the service and felt Tim went above and beyond in trying to secure the bungalow for us. We would definitely recommend your service to another potential buyer.

We were extremely satisfied with our dealings with Goadsby Ferndown. The Manager, Tim Winslade was very professional and very helpful at all times. His organisation of the viewings over one day was excellent, and the negotiations on our behalf resulted in a very good sale price of our property.
