Right from the start Tim was on the ball, he explained everything in detail, took the photographs at the same time and had our property on the market the next day. Tim also had his sales negotiators come the next day to meet us and familiarise themselves with our property. We cannot recommend goadsby enough for there professionalism and would recommend them 100%

I'm a first time buyer and from my first viewing to completion I felt in very safe hands, Olivia was always great answering all of my questions and very patient because I did ask a lot! She was always quick to respond, kind, supportive and reassuring when I needed it too

Olivia was one of the first agents I met with when searching for my new home. She took time to understand what I was looking for and quickly learnt what would work for me. I registererd with lots of estate agents and was pleased that there was never any pressure to sign up with a mortgage adviser and the focus was on finding me the right property. Once my offer was accepted Olivia and Tim explained the process clearly and worked with both parties to complete the sale quickly.

Only 3 stars had to chase for updates and mainly on moving day delay with receiving keys because the email confirming completion was sent to somebody who was not in the office .I would have thought one general email would be used fro this to avoid uneccesary hold ups.
