She was helpful, communicative, transparent and calm throughout and I have already recommended her to friends who are considering moving. Georgia is an amazing person. She goes above and beyond what we expected. I have never known anyone quite like her. Saying that the whole team at Southampton Goadsby are excellent. Ben, Mandy and all the rest of the team. Thank you so much all of you. You are amazing.

The tenancy fees are absolutely ridiculous, and pretty much scamming tenants. They were charging £180+VAT for referencing checks, PER PERSON. Also charging for the landlords Inventory! That's something the tenant should NEVER have to pay!!

I completed on my first home last week and I had a terrible experience with my solicitor. However, Mandy Ballard at Goadsby was my saving grace! She was incredibly helpful, always keeping me in the loop and chasing on my behalf! Amazing service - thank you!!

Very unprofessional. Branch manager came to value my house and said he couldn't find any recent sold properties locally in the last 2 years. I had to show him zoopla sold property list which had 3 sold prices. He promised to send his valuation report of my house but never did.
