I sold my house through Goadsby in Southampton. I was under pressure to sell quickly. Georgia and Ben were my contacts, and helped me from the start right the way through the process. They were fair, honest, just and very approachable. Even if they were unavailable, the team within the branch were extremely helpful. I was buying through a different branch of Goadsby and they were in constant contact with them too. I cannot recommend them enough. Great company, great people!

All the Goadsby staff were very helpful and professional and, not residing in the Southampton area, we found the regular briefings from the Sales Progressor , Mandy Ballard, very useful.

I am extremely unhappy with the service received from this branch, mainly from Georgia as she was supposed to help with a problem with a contractor, instead she said' Im happy with the service you have carried out' to the contractors which they caught on camera, then said the opposite to me, so bare face lying to me. I would stay well away from these deceitful agents.

Fantastic service to all at Goadsby could not rate them higher! Special shout out to Sylwia and Mandy who have been amazing. Would recommend and will use them again!!!

We sold our house with Goadsby in June. The team dealing with our sale was excellent, with Georgia very attentive in making sure all bases were covered. Would recommend.

I was extremely impressed by the professional calm manner when dealing under pressure with tight deadlines and co-ordinating through several set-backs and in overcoming other organisations lack of internal communication to pull together much needed progress. Ben was really on it throughout the processes and when required other members of the team were more than willing to make additional calls to help out. Ben was integral to ensuring that there was only 1 days delay in exchange date when it could have gone on for much longer if it had not been co-ordinated to smooth the flow and the need for urgency in co-operation. These words do not sum up the dedication the Southampton team put in when things appeared to have slowed down in other parts of the chain. I appauld Ben for his efforts to bring things to a timely satisfactory conclusion. No hesitation in recommending Ben and the team.

I was a little disappointed at first when instruction was given as some of the photo graphs of my property were not suitable although I say it myself but they were still published. This resulted in further more suitable photos being taken and a small delay in getting the property advertised as I would want. However I was pleased with steps taken to expedite the completion process and with Mandy in particular at the Chandler's Ford office. All staff were very helpful, professional including Georgia as well at Southampton who quickly visited my property to take additional photos at the beginning of the process.
