I have just bought a house through Goadsby Southampton, and was very happy with the service provided. They kept me updated as the sale progressed and were very helpful in managing and chasing a long and complicated chain.

Worked with Allan Nesbitt in securing our property and he's been nothing short of fantastic, constantly staying in contact with us throughout the whole process and even sorting our contract terms out less than 24 hours after we had applied, after a pretty awful experience with a different agent and company last year i've got to say that Allan and Goadsby have definitely made the process a lot easier! Will recommend in the future

Sold my house through Goadsby in London Road last year. A very good experience from start to finish. We discussed a marketing strategy that worked best for my house and the team delivered! Sold within the first couple of weeks above asking price. Andrew was a star and managed the process through to completion and kept me up to date weekly, sometimes daily with what was a tricky chain. The team all communicated and were able to keep my buyer and I up to date even when Andrew was on a well deserved holiday. Very happy and would recommend to anyone.
