Neil Betts is clearly a hugely competent and honest chap: there is no hard sell with him at all, he simply gives facts accurately and honestly. He answers emails within seconds and his hard graft helped push our flat purchase over the line. His colleague Michael (we met only once) was also a smart, professional and competent - and very helpful - agent.
