Like many I'm not a fan of estate agents BUT in this case Jake Timpson was excellent from the start to finish of our flat purchase. Jake kept us informed often chasing up the sellers and their solicitors . He was quick respond to our emails and calls, even after we had exchanged contracts and waiting to complete he was still on the case until we completed

Terrible Company 1. You telling my pregnant wife she was a time waster for asking to see more than 1 flat 2. The countless times things were reported to you and you never got back. 3. Taking it upon your self to drill a hole in the wall of my little girls bedroom when it was not needed. 4. Taking the maximum amount of time to screw the most our of a tenancy deposit. I wouldnt buy, sell or rent anything that is involved with Goadsby in any way. I wouldnt trust you guys to sell a caravan!! You give estate agents a bad name!
