As a first-time buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Goadsby Verwood. From start to finish, the team made what could have been a daunting process feel manageable and even enjoyable. It started with the viewing agent, who was knowledgeable, well-prepared, and happy to answer all the questions I threw at her. The branch manager was equally fantastic, offering great advice and endless patience with an impatient, clueless first-time buyer (that was me!). I would absolutely, without a doubt, buy a house through this branch again, and would especially recommend the people who helped me get to this stage. Thank you to the whole team for making my first home purchase such a positive one.

Exceptional service from Alison & team at the Verwood branch. They went to great lengths to support us throughout, were responsive and professional at all times. They maintained a proactive approach, including when the chain below us collapsed and we needed to remarket the property. We leaned on them heavily, and they went over and above what we could have expected to help us to a successful sale. I would highly recommend using them.
