Subject to eth caveat above about the conveyancers you recommend. As stated above, the conveyancers you recommend are slow and in my view incompetent. While you continue to recommend them I will not be using you to sell the flat when I wish to do that at some point in the future, as I would not want you recommending them to any prospective purchaser.
