Emily Jones is truly a professional. From the first moment when she presented the property to the moment when she handed the keys she performed exceptionally. She went beyond to resolve maintenance issues at the start of the tenancy. Whoever works with Emily, renting or buying a property is a lucky person ! I recommend Goadsby with 5 stars for renting services, they really make the stressful process of moving a lot easier being flexible and communicating extremely well and their services are tailored to the client needs. The team at Goadsby Winchester were excellent throughout the sales process. At a difficult time for our family, the approach from the very beginning was respectful, sensitive and informative. Andrew gave honest and clear guidance regarding valuation, timings and realistic expectations. James Deaville was excellent at steering us through the various stages of the sale and worked tirelessly to liaise with and encourage the other parties. Excellent- good communication and progress chasing. Prompt responses to queries and requests for information. My only criticism is recommending MyHomeMove. I deregistered two days after joining them because they were impossible to work with on-line. Shentons were very good and clearly have a good working relationship with Goadsby's
