Recently had Andrew and team sell a property in Winchester. The entire team were absolutely brilliant in achieving this -at times a challenging-sale. From the first valuation by Andrew through presentation and completion the team were a pleasure to deal with. My own team member who handled every thing on my behalf was James. James oversaw everything required, always very cheerful to deal with and particularly adept when negotiating with challenging buyers. Very professional and very friendly. It was a long haul due to first buyer dropping out but my whole experience with James Deauville was excellent and I was kept informed all the way through.
