Emily Jones from the Winchester branch has been extremely helpful. Not only with my move but with difficulties I’ve faced when receiving my deposit back. I’ve had to make multiple trips to goadsby and she has always given me a warm welcome and been happy to help. I can appreciate that my experience was very difficult at times however she never treated me as though I was a hassle and always had time to listen to me and help. Especially as a student, this has been very helpful when my knowledge has been minimal. She’s an asset to your team.
