Car Sales Site Approved

Acting on behalf of DSG Car Sales, Goadsby Planning & Environment has obtained planning permission on land within the Itchen Business Park, Southampton, for the sale of preowned cars. The site, which was formerly part of the Portswood Waste Water Treatment Works, was more recently used for the parking of vehicles for cruise liner and airport customers.

A condition of the consent limits the use to 12 months so as to assess the impact of vehicle movements on the amenity of local residents living in the vicinity of the site.
