Christmas Seemingly A Distant Memory

With Christmas now seeming to be a distant memory, we are pleased to say we have hit the ground running in the new year with a high volume of sales already taking place - and only mid-way through January! For the sales agreed in 2018 thus far, we have achieved on average 98.7% of the asking price.
