Acting on behalf of Private Clients, Goadsby Commercial have completed the letting of 411 Wimborne Road, Winton, Bournemouth, Dorset to Specsavers.

The subject premises comprise a net internal area of 2,157 sq ft and was let on a new lease. The quoting rental was £45,000 per annum exclusive.
