Goadsby have, on behalf of Magellan Aerospace, let Unit 4, 510 Wallisdown Road, Bournemouth to Hendy Group. The warehouse is detached and extends to approximately 9,223 sq ft incorporating 943 sq ft of first floor offices. The quoting rent was £55,000 per annum and the unit has recently been repainted and had a new roof in 2019.
