Goadsby have, on behalf of Manchester Airport Group, let 40,812 sq ft of industrial/warehouse premises to Mass Concrete. The premises are detached, the internal eaves height is 8.9m, there are 2 loading doors and 2 yards.

A substantial refurbishment programme is underway and the building will have new cladding and a new roof.
