Acting on behalf of A private client, Goadsby has submitted a planning application for a mixed-use commercial and residential development at The Triangle/Norwich Road, Bournemouth. The scheme includes a new workshop, studio flat and family house. It is a challenging site due to the change in levels, sloping down from west to east.

A decision is expected from BCP Council in the next 8 weeks.
