Planning Application For New Flats in Parkstone

Acting on behalf of the site owners, Goadsby has submitted a planning application for the extension of one of the existing blocks of flats at Firgrove Court, Bournemouth Road, Parkstone, to create an additional 9 flats. The extension is in two parts – a new block of 5 flats linked to the central part of the main building – and 4 more flats constructed on the existing roof. The plans also include new balconies and patios, together with purpose built cycle and bin stores. The scheme was designed by Harriplan.

A decision is expected from BCP Council in September.
