Planning Application for New Homes

Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby has submitted a planning application for the construction of two dwellings on land to the east of Lime Kiln Road, Lytchett Matravers. The site formerly accommodated an old bakery. This will be demolished to make way for the construction of two detached houses.

A decision is expected from Dorset Council in the spring.
