Planning Permission For New Houses

Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby has obtained planning permission for the development of two dwellings on land to the east of Lime Kiln Road, Lytchett Matravers. The site formerly accommodated an old bakery. This will be demolished to make way for the construction of two detached houses.

The planning permission is subject to conditions, including the need to purchase nutrient credits to mitigate adverse impacts on the nearby Poole Harbour.
