Acting on behalf of Ruislip Manor Properties Ltd, Goadsby has submitted a detailed planning application for the proposed development of 10 flats at Firgrove Court, Parkstone. The scheme comprises 4 flats above an existing block, and 6 flats in an extension.

The scheme, designed by Harriplan, follows on an earlier consent for 9 flats. A decision is expected from BCP Council in the spring.
