Sales in Salisbury This Week

In the last four days, our Salisbury office have agreed sales on eight homes, subject to contract. (Monday 13th July – Thursday 16th July)

Of the eight sales in hand, Rob Ward, Branch Manager reports that 3 were secured at the full asking price, with the others achieving an average 98.6% of their quoted prices. 6 of the properties had been marketed for sale for less than 2 weeks
