Shop To Flat Conversion Approved

Acting on behalf of the freehold owner, Goadsby has obtained planning permission for the conversion of a shop to a flat at 11 The Old Sorting Office, Wick Lane, Christchurch.

The application was granted despite the fact that the shop unit is in a location zoned for retail uses. However, the lack of demand for traditional shops was a key consideration in BCP Council's decision to grant consent.
