Southampton Warehouse Refurbishment

Acting on behalf of the landlords, Goadsby has obtained planning permission for the refurbishment of a warehouse on the Belgrave Road Industrial Estate, Southampton. The proposed work involves the removal of a poor quality roof, and complete re-cladding of the walls so as to enable the building to be re-occupied by an in-going high quality tenant.

Having obtained consent, Goadsby have now applied to discharge a condition that requires a Construction Method Statement and Plan to be approved, so as to minimise disruption whilst the construction work takes place.
