Successful Planning Appeal

Acting on behalf of the homeowner, Goadsby has obtained planning permission on appeal for the construction of a detached pool house in the grounds of a Tudor Revival style mansion in Berkshire. Situated in a rural location outside of Reading, the proposed pool house was considered by the appeal inspector to be an appropriate building within the setting of a grand dwelling of significant scale. The building was designed by Studio 4 Architects of Hampshire.
