Having just completed on a house purchase through Goadsby - our contact was Sophie Manns - I felt I should write a review of our experience as it was excellent. Even though Sophie was in effect working for the seller it never felt like that, and if I was selling my house I would absolutely want my potential buyer to be handled the way Sophie looked after us. During our house purchase journey, we had been shown many houses by many different agents throughout Bournemouth, Wimborne, Poole and Broadstone. No other agent came close to Sophie. Right from the initial viewing, where she knew when to give us space to browse on our own but be on hand to answer questions and drip feed info as we needed it, Sophie was the consummate professional. Once our offer was agreed, we knew we could rely on Sophie to get anything done that we needed - chasing through vendor / vendor's solicitor etc. She was always bang up-to-speed with where the conveyance was and got answers to us when needed. She never switched off. Sophie, we found you a pleasure to deal with and Goadsby are lucky to have you. Thank you for all your help in making the purchase happen.

Review for Goadsby Broadstone Having invited 3 estate agents to potentially sell our property, both my wife and I came to the same conclusion for the same reasons why we chose to use Goadsby. When Tom from Goadsby came to value our property, even before he got past the front door he was commenting on what he saw were standout selling points for it regarding its location and setting. This continued as he continued the tour around our property as he recognised the particularly stand out aspects, and how he would best photograph and describe it. He also highlighted the range of potential purchasers and how to best describe it to appeal to them. Even when he had produced the draft particulars, he requested if he could pop back and re-take a few photos due to minor items like sun glare from a window. The impression we have is he truly cared to best represent our property. Tom was very personable and most professional throughout. Regarding the Broadstone branch generally, we were most surprised and impressed when Tom took annual leave, that another agent, Chris, called to ask if he could familiarise himself with the property should a potential buyer showed interest in Tom's absence. This was a level of interest and service we have never experienced before - outstanding. All other communications with the branch staff have been prompt and professional. Within 4 weeks Tom has secured us a buyer. As for the two other local estate agents we invited to value our property, both my wife and I were most disappointed with the lack of enthusiasm or initiative on how they would represent it and its stand out qualities. We both felt if that was the impression we got, they would likely pass the same impression onto potential buyers and in their sales literature.

Very professional brochure produced. Arranged 6/8 viewings and got a buyer. Dealt with Tom mostly. Very friendly. Sometimes I got frustrated that calls were not returned in a timely way. However we spoke about it and things were a lot better post this. Other staff in the office were professional also.
