I am very pleased with the service I have received so far from both Tom Hill and Chris Morey regarding the sale of the property at 8 Pergin Crescent Poole. From the initial meeting with Tom Hill re valuation and marketing to following viewings with Chris Morey leading to an offer on the property. As this is a sale on behalf of my Mother (for whom I have POA) who is now in a care home, it has to maximise her assets for future care home fees. Both Tom and Chris have been sympathetic and understanding of the needs and urgency of the sale and have kept me informed of all aspects throughout. With the service I have received to date I would happily recommend Goadsbys (in particular Tom and Chris) and look forward to completion on the sale of my property

Sophie and her team achieved asking price for our house within days of listing. Delivering everything professionally and faultessly. I was initially hesitant to use a "chain" agent for a high value house however, they are head & shoulders above the competition in Broadstone & would not hesitate to recommend.

Sophie was excellent at keeping us informed on progress with our move which was on a very tight deadline because of the stamp duty change at the end of March. She suggested solicitors for both us and our purchaser, who she knew would be able to work quickly.She regularly kept in contact with those further up the chain to try to keep everything on track as much as she could. Thank you.
