Only 3 stars had to chase for updates and mainly on moving day delay with receiving keys because the email confirming completion was sent to somebody who was not in the office .I would have thought one general email would be used fro this to avoid uneccesary hold ups.

Tim could not have done more for us in selling our house. Answered multiple emails and phone calls religiously. Kind and reassuring when needed.
