Great service from Goadsby. We had our viewings with David, he was very well informed on the property and gave us all the information we need, and if there we’re any I knows he checked and got back to us as soon as he could. We had regular updates from Sue/David who made sure we were kept in the loop and provided excellent service. Thank you all so much!

When it came to choosing an estate agent to sell our family home I had set the bar high with my expectations. Having been an estate agent myself for 30 years (12 years of this time owning my own estate agency), I had a very clear idea of what I was looking for from an Agent. Also, just as important what sort of Estate Agent I would not be doing business with. The Goadsby team in Verwood were exceptional from the moment we met them. Having seen several agents in the area we chose Goadsby. They were professional, highly knowledgeable of the local area and comparable sales, honest and enthusiastic. Their attention to detail and accuracy were 100% and when they said they would do something they did it immediately. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they kept us up to date from day one through to completion of the sale. It was a pleasure to deal with the team, all of them being friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. If there was an option to give them 5** I would.

I am so impressed with Goadsby Verwood. Especially the ladies Anna & Sue. Anna from day one has kept us so informed, nothing is too much trouble for her and she has been amazing to work with, she went over and above with our first time buy and got us across the finish line to completion. Sue worked hard chasing the solicitors and pushing them every step of the way to speed up the process as much as she could, she really took a lot of the stress away from us and we really appreciate it. Excellent service - a complicated sale as we were 300 miles away but Goadsby acted on our behalf in several situations like overseeing getting the flat cleaned and taking meter readings. Would highly recommend

We had to sell my mother's flat after her death, whilst living coming 300 miles away. Goadsby were excellent. Not only did they perform all the normal "selling a house" duties, they helped organise a cleaner for the flat, checked up on house clearance companies, took meter readings, and generally just did whatever we asked of them. They kept in regular contact, and never once did we need to chase them. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service right from the start of our sale. David was very helpful when we first put the bungalow on the market and keept in close contact until we found a buyer. Sue then took over to follow the sale through to completion- and given the total lack of communication from the buyers solicitor she had a difficult time progressing this sale. I really do feel that, without her tenacity and persistence, we would still be waiting for this deal to complete. I can’t thank Sue, David and the team enough for their efforts. We did initially approach 2 other local agents but I am so glad we chose Goadsby. The Verwood team were exceptional - thank you.
