They put out fliers in the roads I was interested in and got a response and contacted me for a viewingas I was a cash buyer and the seller already had a property to move in to so the process went through smoothly.

We went to Goadsby, Verwood as we felt a little let down by our previous agent. Thank goodness we did! All the team were very efficient and friendly. Our sale and onward purchase were not without trial and tribulation but the team got us through it and were always at the end of the phone in we had any questions. Would definitely recommend. Didn't have the most straight forward of sales due to the specialist house I was selling and if it wasn't for the hard work and dedication of Nathan & Sue at Goadsby's I'm not sure it would have gone through in the timescale that we needed it to in order to keep the chain together. We would like to thank all the team at Goadsby Verwood during the process of purchasing our new home. We initially viewed the property we subsequently bought before our own home went under offer. We were very taken with the house and the location, however it very quickly went under offer to another buyer leaving us disappointed. We continued our search for another home to no avail. Some weeks down the line we were contacted by Ben who knew we very much liked the house we initially viewed, to inform us that it had now come back on the market. Having seen the property previously we were able to put in an offer which was accepted the same day.We have now been here a week. Throughout the whole process Nathan, Ben and Sue faciliatated our requests to view the property and to help us with the additional enquiries we had. At all times the entire team were particularly helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were also supported by the team to facilitate a key undertaking with the owners of the property which enabled us to access our new home before exchange of contracts. Buying a home can be a stressful process, however this was made easier by the professionalism and understanding displayed by Nathan, Ben and Sue. Well done and thank you Goadsby Verwood.
