Purchased a property through Goadsby, Verwood August 2017. Considering I wasn’t their client they went above and beyond to help with getting my purchase through to completion. Sue was constantly on the case of my terrible solicitors (don’t ever choose online ones) and made my life a lot easier. Rob Ward (now at Salisbury branch) provided excellent customer care, going above and beyond. His communication was quick and clear, always felt kept up to date. Since he relocated the communication hasn�t been quite so efficient.
