Sue is a real asset at the Verwood office, she did a brilliant job of keeping me informed and pulling the various parties together to make sure it all completed.

From the early stages of marketing my sale with Goadsby through to a purchase with a different estate agent Goadsby were excellent. The communication and assistence throughout was superb.

To much to list, rob ward kept me in the loop with possible properties and other information even outside off office hours, and was always totally honest even when bad news was involved <br />And sue has also been exceptional keeping me up to date with procedings throughout the entire sale and purchase

I would very much like to thank Rob and Nathan for there outstanding service. They have been totally professional throughout from instruction to completion. I would also like to thank Sue for her total determination to make sure that the sale went through. You may not pay commission at purple bricks but I very much doubt you would get the service Goadsby in Verwood give on a daily basis. Once again guys thank you very much.

The office went above and beyond. I lost a buyer and got new buyer within 24 hrs. <br />Was kept totally up to date all the way through. <br />Sue then did all the chasing and following up while reporting back to us to keep the chain together through difficulties which she acted on immediately.

We were well satisfied with the service we received from all of the staff, and all the help given.

I was the buyer of a property in Verwood in 2017, the Sale was handled by Goadsby Estate Agents in Verwood . I was impressed by the professionalism of Rob, Sue and Nathan who were always efficient and helpful, promptly answering questions or seeking clarification. They really stood out as they liaised with mortgage companies, solicitors in relation to probate, Conveyances, Surveyors and all parties involved in the process; to politely hasten the process and this saved me no end of worry. Shall i say they were excellent at friendly chivying and keeping the 'ball rolling'. Having bought and sold 6 times over the decades, and so having many past experiences to compare - i can say that they stood head and shoulders above all previous experiences. If I'm ever minded to sell i will engage Goadsby Verwood. Their friendly assistance and thoughtfulness i received throughout the period was continued once i moved into this friendly town by many organisations and the Local Authority - so i am unlikely to be requiring their 'Selling Skills' for sometime!
